Dan Takes Care of His Clients

Currently, we have a 22 year old young man livng in our home while he tries to get his life together. We are long time friends with his family. David stuggled with drugs and the law when he was a troubled teenager. His problems followed him as he got older because his teenage years left him with a record of drug felonies. These felonies have prevented him from getting work and left him depressed which, in turn, has made success difficult for him. We knew that if David could take back a lot of the things that happened from his past, including the felonies, he would.

We didn’t think we had options until we met Dan Koukol. Our journey to help David began with hours of internet research on felonies and numerous phone calls to attorneys in the area. We were limited on funds available to help him so we knew we needed to find someone who would do the job without trying to run up lots of attorney fees. We also knew we only had one shot at this and picking the wrong attorney could be disasterous. Our research ended when we talked to Dan. We immediately knew he was our guy and boy were we right!

Dan went to court and was able to have one of David’s felonies completely dismissed. A few months later, he then went back to court with us on two other felonies and presented case law to the judge to have those two felonies reduced from felonies to misdemeanors. In our eyes, it was nothing short of a miracle!
