No Jail Time

I hired Dan Koukol after I was appointed to be represented by a court-appointed attorney.  My court-appointed attorney told me the best he could do was get me one year in jail and that if I didn’t take it right away, I would probably go to prison.  I knew the attorney was not really fighting for me.

I went online and started searching for an attorney who could really help me.  After making several calls and studying all the attorneys practicing in Placer County, I selected Mr. Koukol.  We met right away.  He interviewed me in detail and he and I agreed on the approach he would take on my case.  Within a month, Mr. Koukol had significantly improved my situation.
